Everyone needs different levels of support. Some companies may have a great deal of experience working with different software packages and will be able to use BuilderStorm without little or no training. Other companies may have had less exposure or include individuals who aren’t used to using new applications – in other words, they might need a bit more help. Either way, we are happy to walk you or your workforce through any issues or questions you may have.

We offer support over the phone – where you can speak to members of our team with any issues you may be having. Or, if you prefer not to speak to anyone, we also provide a live chat service where someone is on hand just a few clicks away. Alternatively you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to go over any issues you may be experiencing.
FAQs and videos
If you’d rather try and work out your issue yourself, you can just take a look through our Frequently Asked Questions. Each section allows easy access to common FAQs via the header. If there’s a chance it may have been answered in another section, you can visit the main FAQ section and search from there. The section may also have a video, accessed via the video camera icon, that explains all of the functionality for that particular section.
